Here is a great operating 62 HP Caterpillar 247B3 Skid Steer with Enclosed Cab, Heat. Only 3,050 Hours. Runs and operates great. Pilot joystick controls, Enclosed Cab with Heat removable door for summer along with 2-Speed and more. Our Service Dept. did a Full Service including an engine oil change and all new filters: engine, hydraulic, air and fuel filters all new along with a final inspection. On this diesel track 247 B3 with Enclosed Cab the door comes with this Cat and a lot of the pictures it is off of it for summer use. And for winter the Heat and Windshield Wiper does work good. This Skid Steer never had AC through a person could add a Red Dot unit on top. And also from overseas they're now making a self-contained cab mounted external AC unit for under $350 that even if it only lasts two or four years till needing replaced it may be worth trying.
