Spraying unit with high-performance cone, MobyDick pump, filter unit, frequency converter, automatic swivel function and controls. MobyDick Dust Control systems operate on the principle of binding dust using tiny water droplets. A modern medium-pressure pump combined with a powerful filter system, the special nozzles and the aerodynamically shaped high-performance cone (turbine) ensure an optimal droplet size and spread. These can be directed at the dust source by the nozzle ring (wide spread), the nozzle head (concentrated spread) or the combination of both methods. There, they bind with flying dust particles and cause them to quickly fall to the ground, resulting in a marked dust reduction that benefits the workers and the environment.
