Used KIMERA model KS25 SMALL Mobile Concrete Batching Plant (2018). On-site batching plant suitable for concrete, screed, mortar and cold asphalt. Approximately 25m3/hour maximum output. Complete with 5.1m3 capacity aggregate storage bin with central divider, 2.4 and 2.7m3 respectively, 1,400kg capacity cement bin, 800 litre capacity water tanks, wash-down system, single 30 litre admixture tank, hydraulic oil tank and cooler, two independent conveyor belts (one for each side of bin) feeding onto two independent weighing belts complete with load cell technology, mixing via two continuous horizontal augers, the second discharge auger capable of 170 degree slewing and 20° inclination, 2x1 metre extension chutes. Sand and cement bins are fitted with external air-operated vibrators and aggregate with manual roll-over sheet. Controlled via 4” colour LCD display with printer for batch records and USB interface plus radio remote control. Additional valve block fitted for operation of cut loader. Complete unit powered via Kohler 3-cylinder Stage IIIB / Tier 4I diesel auxiliary engine.
