ON LEASE Equipment As Follows: Nordberg HP400 Cone Crusher, the heart of the plant is the high-performance HP Series cone crusher. Designed for portable installations, this cone crusher is the most compact, economical to operate and productive machine in its class. The HP Series offers substantially higher production capacity over traditional cone crushers. It also provides excellent product shape, making it suitable for both secondary and tertiary crushing. Equipped with manganese steel crushing members, bronze bearings and replaceable main frame seat liners. Features include hydraulic bowl clamping and adjustment, automatic tramp iron release and hydraulic clearing of the crusher chamber. Remote control station mounted to side of plant allows convenient operation for adjusting the closed side setting, or for clearing the crusher. Additional HP cone features include a package lubrication system consisting of an internal independent pump, oil pressure sensor, temperature sensor, oil tank with strainer, oil level sensor, (2) oil heater with control panel, oil filter and oil cooler (air-radiator type), and crusher tools. HYDRAULICS • 13HP Honda gasoline engine with electric start and backup recoil start • (6) Hydraulic jacklegs with lock-out valves • The hydraulic jack assemblies are designed for service as a “Run-on” jack, however, we highly recommend the use of cribbing to properly support the portable chassis • Six bank valve body for independent control of each jackleg • Single bank valve for independent control feed conveyor positioning • Single bank valve for raising and lowering the feed conveyor tail section • Single bank valve for side discharge conveyor positioning • Single bank valve for crusher motor adjustment 5. SAFETY/GUARDING • We install all standard guarding, customer will be responsible for compliance with local codes. 6. GENERAL PROVISIONS • All prices are in US dollars. • Terms of payment are subject to creditworthiness and may be modified based on credit rating. • Release of goods is subject to clearance of funds. • Supply of goods is limited to items specifically listed in this proposal. • If buyer wishes to use Terms & Conditions other than the standard RB Scott Company Inc. Terms and Conditions (which form part of this quotation) or Terms of Payment other than those detailed in this quotation, RB Scott reserves the right to revise pricing. B. ENGINEERING VARIATION COSTS AFTER DESIGN FREEZE • Once drawings have been approved and are stamped by the customer as “approved” or “approved as noted” the design will be deemed frozen, and certified drawings will be issued. Any changes following the issue of these certified drawings will be charged to the customer at RB Scott standard hourly cost for the engineering discipline involved. These changes could also affect delivery. Surcharges from vendors will be applied to the final purchase price, with no markup from RB Scott. C. QUOTATION VALIDITY • Due to extreme market volatility, prices and availability are subject to change until orders are received and acknowledged in writing. D. TAXES • Purchaser is hereby and always responsible for paying any and all Sales, Use or Excise taxes imposed by their Federal, State, Municipal or other Governmental authorities upon the sale or use of the said equipment quoted herein. Evidence of appropriate payment OR exemption certificate is required at the time of final payment. Failure to provide notification of payment or tax exemption certificate will require RB Scott to levy any and all applicable Sales, Use or Excise taxes and remit them to the appropriate governmental authority on behalf of purchaser. E. DELIVERY SCHEDULE • Approval drawings will be issued TBD after receipt of acceptable order. • Equipment will be available for shipment TBD weeks after receipt of signed approval drawings and clearance of initial payment. • Due to current global supply chain and logistics challenges the noted delivery time is our best current estimate and may be subject to change. RB Scott will make every reasonable effort to meet this timeframe, however will not accept any penalties of any kind for late deliveries beyond acknowledged delivery date.
