Asphalt Spreader TarBox 1500 - request a quote The TarBox attachment is ideal for spreading sand, stone chips, blinding and all bitumastic type materials; designed primarily to suit Avant 500 to 700 series compact loaders. A pair of removable narrowing plates are included with the TarBox attachment. To run a narrow strip of material from the TarBox the plate or plates are inserted and adjusted to suit the required width. Can be used for trench filling on roads and using a single plate allows narrow strips to be laid or can be used to lay wider footpaths/sidewalks. A 2m wide footpath/sidewalk first strip is laid approx.. 500mm wide followed by second full width 1.5m strip. If laying material close to a wall or kerb the TarBox can be offset. The offset can be used to move the TarBox 180 mm to the left or right, off the centre line. Asphalt Spreading An economic mini loader attachment for placing asphalt, tar or any screed materials. Ideal for pathways and areas that a bigger machine cannot gain access. A width reducing plate allows narrow trenches or strips to be filled. Material depth control is via screw control.
