10 yr Major inspection completed 04/2020 @ 7158hrs as per AS1418.1, 1418.5 4 Good Paint and condition throughout. Full Mechanical inspection, 1000hr service completed as per OEM specifications, incl. • Replaced Turbo and Intercooler Hoses. • Thermostats replaced, and coolant. • Replaced Alternator including replaced Engine Idler Bearing and Belt. • Replaced Air Conditioning Compressor and High-Pressure Hose. • Replaced Fuel Lines. • Routine servicing completed at required intervals. • Exhaust Tip Replaced • New winch rope installed April 2022 Brakes were stripped and inspected with Brake Chambers overhauled and all QR Valves Replaced and fitted with new Olive Style Fittings Steering Cylinders were resealed with pins and bearings replaced. Lockout Cylinder bearings were replaced, and cylinders tested for leaks. Allison Transmission and Diffs have undergone complete service and inspection. Universal Joints and Centre Bearing inspected and serviced. Full boom strip completed with full crack testing carried out, with wear pads replaced as required. Winch Ropes and Retract ropes replaced and extension chains inspected for wear. Brevini winch was stripped, gearbox NDT inspected, and Brake component measure Inspected, where required replaced. Line pull completed on testing. All hydraulic function tests were carried out and counterbalance valves tested. All Function coils were replaced, with spare coil added to valve area. Critical Hoses were checked and replaced including, • Steering Hoses, • Extension cylinder hoses • Third Section hydraulic hoses. • winch hoses • Luff cylinder hoses Hook Block assessed NDT completed as per AS2550.1. All documentation reviewed and signed off by registered Mechanical Engineer. Drivers cabin upgrades include Bluetooth Double Din Stereo with upgraded x4 6x9 speaker. The driver's seat overhauled with upgraded springs and replaced gas strut.
