Sweepster 2900 series Tow-Behind Runway Sweeper. The 2900 series is a powerful and maneuverable Tow-Behind High Speed Runway Sweeper. It features hydrostatic brush and airblast drive with in-cab control. Self-leveling frame, anti-shimmy casters, compact design and a choice of hitches work together to make the 2900 Series maneuverable at speeds up to 40 mph. This unit was manufactured in 1989 and is equipped with a Caterpillar 3306 turbo diesel engine with only 784hours on the machine. Most all mechanical parts are still available and it comes with an extra set of brushes and spare tire and wheel. This unit cost over $200,000 new and is in real good condition other than faded and scratched paint.
