CRUSHER • Rigid one-piece base frame, reinforced for ultimate durability and strength • Toeless pitman prevents material build-up at crusher discharge outlet • 1 ¼” (32mm) throw on eccentric shaft creates a constant downward force on material • Large throw for higher production rates • Equipped with four reversible and interchangeable manganese jaw dies •Compact size for easier handling •Same size die used on all four sections • Rebar guard under crusher protects conveyor belt • Protective grate above the crusher keeps large material in the crusher chamber • Steep toggle angle for strong toe action • Creates crushing force over the full face of the chamber • Large throw on eccentric leads to higher production rates • More toe action equates to more crushing throughput •Strong toe action decreases chance of plugging with sticky materials
