PFB-120 liquid polymer feed/blend system with water booster pump. In-line adjustable mixer with 4-port injection. Single stage air compressor with 30 gallon receiver. Wash water booster pump 0 - 130 psi with dual bar belt wash system. Filtrate transfer pump. Three cake sludge discharge conveyors. Pneumatic belt steering and tensioning with complete air control panel. Patented radius wedge and wing roll contained in the pressure section. Dual drive press with VFD control. Epoxy coated carbon steel skid with 304 stainless steel sump and diamond plate decking. 480v, 3 phase, 60hz, NEMA 4 systems control panel with touch screen and remote. 4" Badger and 6" Krohn non-contact sludge flow meters. Additional cam lock hoses and ancillary pump equipment. Some refurbishment of this unit may be required.
